I am a RE associate in LA and had not heard from a headhunter in ages. I have gotten 5 calls in the last 2 months. I get the sense that things are returning to normal and my boss will not have all of the cards shortly.

4th year RE associate in Orange County and I got 2 calls today. Seems strange and a little too early.
