Couple weeks ago Nixon showed as paying market salary from years 1-8 but now for all offices someone changed it so it only shows years 1-3.

Is Nixon moving away from lockstep market base salary? What's going on? Thx.

According to the historical data, there was never date for all 8 years. The prior listings only show the first three years.

Does anyone know what Nixon pays beyond the third year? If so, please post.

Can ANYONE give any idea for post 3rd year comp at Nixon? I know it's discretionary, but it would be nice to know, for example, what 6th years (Class of 2002) made in 2008 for base salary.
