www.nalpdirectory.com shows a few different figures for 1st year salaries. those are firm-reported but probably easily verifiable for a website like this.

Our information for each firm is updated at least every six months (we do periodic audits of our data). Compensation changes at larger firms are easier to track and update. Compensation changes at smaller firms are harder to track, but our audits should pick up on most of them to the extent the information is readily available.

The salary data for Philadelphia is way off base. I have never seen a more inaccurate compilation of data in my life. Please check and amend. Thanks.

If you can see errors, why don't you fix them? I believe this is primarily a low-budget, user-creates site, not a faceless corporate creation like vault.
