Despite size, seem to have a pervasive presence in SV. Very competent attorneys with an emphasis on business common sense. Seem to be easy to work with. Outposts, like San Diego, seem to have a similar tech focus. This is based on working with them on deals. Doubt they are a lifestyle firm.
