A. What's a good place to get a suit in NYC? B. should you wear regular or french cuff? Thanks!

When it comes to interviewing, it really does pay to error on the side of conservative. You want to look nice, but not be flashy. You don't need a $1,000 plus suit to land a biglaw gig. I interviewed in a nice hand-me-down that I had altered. That being said, NY is a bit more formal than the West and the South and people pay attention to clothing more in NY (because they don't have a Mercedes or BMW to validate themselves). French cuffs aren't flashy per se, but regular cuffs are safer.

i'd suggest interviewing in good grades from a good school
